Your tonsils and adenoids are division of your lymphatic system. Your tonsils are inside the back of your throat also your adenoids are elevated up, at the back your nose. They help guard you from infection by catching germs coming in via your mouth as well as nose. Occasionally your tonsils as well as adenoids become infected themselves.
